  If I could give it less I would. They say they are going out of business but aren't. When I was trying on wigs the older Asian lady said that my hair was thick and I said no it's just the products. Then she said well you have a lot of hair. I said yes I do. She then said again my hair is thick again I said no.. it's the products. She then said...OH YOUR HAIR KINKY YOU NEED A PERM... it didn't register right away but once it did I left and did not return!!!
  
  This was worse than bad customer service.
